Saint David’s United Church Clothing Sale A sale of “nearly new” spring and summer clothing will be held at Saint David’s United Church, 7 Gondola Point Road, Rothesay on Friday, April 27 from 4-8pm and on Saturday, April 28 from 9am until 12 noon. In addition to clothes there will also be used toys and baby equipment for sale. Proceeds from the sale will be used by the Outreach Committee for local and international projects such as KV food basket, Romero House, Stephen Lewis Foundation, and Doctors Without Borders.
A Quilt Show and Sale and Spring Tea will be held at St. Luke's Anglican Church, corner of Main Street and Lansdowne Avenue, Saint John on Saturday, April 28. The Quilt Show will run from 10 am to 3 pm and the Tea will be served from 11 am to 2 pm. Tickets are $8 each and may be purchased in advance from the Church Office; please call 693-4152. Entry forms are also available from the Office and are due Friday, April 13. Proceeds to St. Luke's ministries.

On Sunday, May 6, Michael Molloy will present a program of organ music at the Church of St. Andrew and St. David on Germain St. in Saint John. The concert begins at 2:00 PM. There is no fixed admission price, but donations will be accepted to assist and support of the work of the Church. Tax receipts will be available for donations of $20 and over. The program will consist of organ concert favourites from late 19th century France.
Enjoy a special evening of fashion with your girlfriends in support of Canadian Mental Health Association in Saint John to promote mental health and awareness at A Day in Her Shoes on May 10th at Market Square Atrium. The evening will include delicious hors d’oeuvres and wine, the season’s best fashion show to display the newest spring and summer fashion trends. Cathy Donaldson will be our guest speaker sharing her journey with anxiety. Special performer, Shania Fillmore will entertain us with her beautiful singing.
