Blog (Do Not Edit)

Can you imagine spending a night outside in a tent, cold, hungry and alone in our New Brunswick January? Sadly, there are far too many who are living what we can not imaging.

There is a homeless camp set up in the sanctuary representing today’s unhoused. You can help by bringing in donations of:
1. socks, hats, scarfs – always needed this time of year
2. sleeping bags and blankets – do not have to be new
3. warm clothing – clean and suitable for winter conditions
4. cash – wouldn’t it be amazing to raise enough money to
buy a new tent? Cash and etransfer to huc@nb.aibn.com is gratefully accepted.
5. hand and foot warmers – Available at Costco, Canadian Tire, Dollar Store and Princess Auto.

We will only collect items for a short while before turning our efforts to the Coldest Night of the Year.
